1. Program Overview
The Fitvia Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to refer personal trainers and fitness businesses to Fitvia and earn recurring commissions based on the referred account’s processed payment volume.
Affiliates are not employees, agents, brokers, payment processors, or representatives of Fitvia. Affiliates are independent referral partners whose role is limited to introducing potential users to Fitvia.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate, affiliates must:
* Be at least 18 years old.
* Provide accurate identity, tax, and payout information.
* Have an audience, network, or business relationship relevant to fitness, personal training, gyms, wellness, coaching, creator marketing, or business services.
* Agree to Fitvia’s Affiliate Agreement and this Requirements Policy.
* Comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, tax, and anti-spam laws.
* Maintain professional and truthful communication about Fitvia.
Fitvia may approve, reject, suspend, or remove any affiliate at its discretion.
3. Founding Affiliate Seats
Fitvia may offer up to 20 Founding Affiliate seats.
Approved Founding Affiliates receive:
* 2% of the referred account’s processed volume;
* Paid monthly;
* For up to 24 months per referred account;
* Applicable to all eligible accounts referred while the affiliate remains in good standing as a Founding Affiliate.
After the 20 Founding Affiliate seats are filled, later affiliates may receive the same 2% commission rate but only for up to 12 months per referred account, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Founding Affiliate status is not transferable and may be revoked if the affiliate violates program rules.
4. Qualified Referrals
A referral is considered eligible when:
* The referred trainer, gym, studio, or fitness business signs up using the affiliate’s tracked link or is manually attributed by Fitvia;
* The referred account is approved to use Fitvia;
* The referred account processes eligible payment volume through Fitvia;
* The referral is not fraudulent, self-referred, duplicated, or already in Fitvia’s active pipeline;
* The affiliate is in good standing at the time commission becomes payable.
Fitvia has final authority to determine whether a referral is qualified.
5. Attribution Rules
The program uses a 60-day attribution window.
If a prospect clicks an affiliate link and signs up within 60 days, the affiliate may receive credit for the referral, subject to approval and anti-fraud review.
If multiple affiliates refer the same account, Fitvia may apply first-click, last-click, manual attribution, or business judgment depending on the circumstances.
Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, internal accounts, test accounts, and accounts created to manipulate commissions are not eligible.
6. Commission Structure
Eligible affiliates earn 2% of the referred account’s processed payment volume.
Example:
If a referred trainer processes $5,000 in eligible payment volume during a month, the affiliate earns $100 for that month, subject to refund, chargeback, fraud, and compliance adjustments.
There is no activation bounty and no minimum payout threshold unless required by the payout provider, banking system, or applicable law.
Commissions are based only on eligible processed volume. Fitvia may exclude refunded payments, chargebacks, reversed transactions, fraudulent transactions, test transactions, disputed transactions, taxes, fees, credits, or transactions that violate Fitvia’s terms.
7. Chargeback Hold and Payout Timing
Commissions are subject to a 45-day hold from the date the underlying volume is processed.
This hold exists to account for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, and payment reversals.
After the hold period, approved commissions become payable through the affiliate platform or another payout method approved by Fitvia.
Fitvia may delay, offset, or cancel commissions connected to suspicious, disputed, refunded, or non-compliant activity.
8. Affiliate Conduct Requirements
Affiliates must:
* Represent Fitvia accurately.
* Avoid misleading income claims or exaggerated conversion claims.
* Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law or platform rules.
* Use only approved or accurate descriptions of Fitvia’s product, pricing, migration support, and payment features.
* Avoid spam, deceptive outreach, fake urgency, fake testimonials, or unauthorized use of Fitvia branding.
* Avoid implying that Fitvia guarantees business results, revenue increases, client retention, or payment approval.
Affiliates may say that Fitvia provides migration support, AI-assisted setup, client onboarding, scheduling, workout programming, and payment tools, but must not misrepresent these services as guaranteed in every case without review.
9. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
* Use paid ads bidding on Fitvia’s brand name or confusingly similar terms without written permission.
* Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
* Use fake accounts, bots, misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, or attribution manipulation.
* Make false claims about Fitvia, competitors, pricing, commissions, or payment processing.
* Promise that any trainer or business will be approved for payments.
* Represent themselves as Fitvia employees or official sales agents.
* Offer unauthorized discounts, rebates, cash incentives, or side payments.
* Refer illegal, high-risk, fraudulent, or prohibited businesses.
* Use Fitvia’s name, logo, or materials in a way that damages the brand.
Violation may result in commission forfeiture, suspension, termination, and removal from the program.
10. Payment Processing and Merchant Approval
Referred trainers and fitness businesses may be required to complete onboarding, identity verification, business verification, underwriting, and payment approval before processing payments.
Fitvia does not guarantee that every referred account will be approved to process payments.
Commission is earned only on eligible processed volume from approved accounts.
11. Termination
Fitvia may suspend or terminate an affiliate at any time for:
* Violation of this policy;
* Fraudulent or suspicious activity;
* Misleading promotion;
* Legal or compliance concerns;
* Brand misuse;
* Low-quality or abusive referrals;
* Any conduct that harms Fitvia, users, payment partners, or the affiliate program.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if connected to policy violations, fraud, chargebacks, or non-compliant activity.
12. Program Changes
Fitvia may update the affiliate program, commission terms, payout timing, eligibility rules, attribution rules, or this policy at any time.
For Founding Affiliates in good standing, Fitvia intends to honor the 2% commission rate and 24-month commission window for eligible referrals, unless changes are required due to fraud, legal compliance, payment partner requirements, or material abuse of the program.
13. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates are independent contractors.
Nothing in this program creates an employment, partnership, franchise, agency, joint venture, or legal representative relationship between the affiliate and Fitvia.
Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, compliance obligations, and business activities.
14. Final Review Authority
Fitvia reserves final authority over referral approval, attribution, commission eligibility, payout approval, account qualification, fraud review, and program participation.
